Things were a little nerve-racking at times (when I couldn't get in touch with anyone). I may have been a little sensitive, since I've been bamboozled with a home loan modification before.
Although, I have yet to receive paperwork from Chase Bank, I did finally submit my first new and reduced loan payment.
I'm hoping everything will be alright from this point on. And, I hope this means that not everyone is a crook!
